Bear crawl, lunges, high kick
Glute activation:
20 air squats
20 fire hydrants
20 bird dogs
PVC work

15-12-9-6-3 Deadlift. Increase weight each set targeting 70-80% 1RM for final set. Rest as much as needed between sets but try to go unbroken on each.‚Äč
