SCCF has designed an introductory course for new CrossFitters. CrossFit Basics. This is a six session course that will teach the new client the basic movements involved in CrossFit workouts (WODs) and prepare you to jump right into any of our scheduled sessions. Just fill out the contact form and we will get your course scheduled. Or just come by on Tuesday or Thursday for the 6:30 PM class. This is a standing Basics class for new athletes.
